Jackpot Weapon Change Calendar

Do people actually want to use this shield? I know the nano res on an ark shield is new but those rates are awful. The 20% self revive is really nice but with those rates in a heated battle, chances are you will go down almost every time your shield breaks. Making it counter productive to the whole purpose of having that shield equipped.
