    just to add a note to this contract you will only recieve credit for ego power kills in the waterfront and observatory competative maps - the freight yard does NOT count towards this as it is a "Capture and Hold" instead of Deathmatch (took me 3 freight yards to work that out /fail

    I find this easy enough to do with Decoy, anytime you see anyone to kill just pop Decoy and it lasts long enough to sometimes even get a few kills with it before it expires.
