    Sutro Tower is also a good spot to get the 20 charge swords from the daily contract, which usually occurs at the around the same week.

    Any easy way to get all 100 at one time, is to go to Sutro Tower. Carry out the mission and reprogram the turrets. They will help you get the 100 parts in no time. You can retreat to a safer spot and snipe the enemy from above.
