    Both areas have public quests, that involve you destroying some chrysalis's I believe, during these quests the Warriors and Archers you need will spawn.

    Went to both locations. Seem to be dead/not working. Any other ideas of locations/a fix?

    The best place to do this is during the public quest at Happy Pow Farms. Another place to do it is Parraba Farm or  (thanks to AutopoieticFun for the rez!)
