    Bombers in Shanje Liro Arena work. Round 4 is when I get them usually. Unsure of the count, but it seems not enough to complete the contract in one pass.

    Sieges or emergencies, the only places they show. Also it doesn't look like they allow group credit for this contract, so unless you land a shot, you get nothing and like it.
