(Updated) Proposed Updated Lock Box Weapon Lists

Rashere has proposed that some weapon models be removed from Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 Lock Boxes to increase chances of getting something valuable. Value is quite subjective so this list isn't final and he wants feedback.
