Cheating and Hacking in Defiance

Phantasie just posted an announcement on the forums about cheating and hacking in Defiance and the actions against it.

Sadly, cheating is a huge problem in a lot of games, so in Defiance. Trion has taken some steps to dampen that.

• With recent patches, improved cheating detection has been put up on live servers
• Starting this week, they suspended players across multiple platforms and servers
• As always, they cannot talk about specifics of cheating or players that have been banned
• Do not name and shame!
• Contact Customer Support,Devs or any Community Manager with suspicious people
  • They cannot follow up with you for privacy reasons.
