Public Test Server: Defiance Season 3 #2

Quick deploy to PTS around 3:30 PM PT or so today. This update includes new lockboxes being available on the store:

Store Update

• New lockboxes available on the storeNew Synergy Lockbox: "Souleater : Spinal Tap Crate" - This lockbox will have a brand new exclusive synergy that will change every month, and include a new Jackpot weapon with that synergy every two weeks. This rotating limited time lockbox will include 1 epic or better weapon (with a high chance at legendary) and 3 mods for the exclusive synergy (with a chance at a legendary mod!). First jackpot image shown below.

• New Premium Elite Lockbox: This lockbox will be replacing the Elite lockbox on the store. It has a lower bit price, but a high increase in legendary loot chance, and double the chance at the current Elite lockbox jackpot item! 

Bug Fixes

• Added a temporary fix for Sieges and incursions stalling out. This will not prevent it from happening in all cases, but will prevent a stalled siege or incursion from sticking around forever.
