A new Capture and Hold map has been added to competitive matchmaking: Monterey Coast!

New Cyber Rig Crate!
* A new Cyber Rig Crate has replaced the old on the Defiance Store:

Deathblow Cyber Rig Supply Crate
This limited time bundle contains 1 epic or better Overclocked Cyber Rig, 1 Epic+ Cyber Chip, 2 Rare+ Cyber Chips and Guaranteed Premium Currency reward (Arkforge, Hunter Requisitions, Chip Pullers, or Ark Keys). Rare chance to win the jackpot Mercenary's Precision Capacitor keystone Cyber Chip (+5% Crit Mult) or the jackpot Mercenary's Precision Cyber Rig with the brand new Deathblow ability! Deathblow increases crit mult by +15% for 5s when target is below 10% health.

* Overclocked Cyber Rigs are MK III rigs that have an EGO rating requirement of 10. This means that all players can equip these new top tier rigs.

A new mod hoard crate has replaced the old Epic Mod Hoard crate on the Defiance Store:

Modify your weapons to help combat your enemies! Contains 4 mods from rare to legendary (at least 3 epic) with the basic synergies.


Bribes
* Added a chance to get a supply crate from the faction when purchasing a faction bribe.


PVP BALANCE CHANGES

Some balance changes have been made to the PvP experience overall. These changes ONLY affect PvP:

- Increased PvP per plate damage reduction
- Reduced PvP crit bonus multiplier
- Greatly increased spread while jumping and firing in PvP
- Reduced damage multiplier for electric damage vs health (now matches fire vs shield multiplier) in PvP
- Increased max player health in PvP
- Increased PvP Grenade damage
- Increased PvP melee damage
- Reduced healing from BMGs in PvP
- All PvP matches now require at least 6 players to start

Additionally, vehicles have been altered and balanced in PvP:

- Cerberus vehicles now have 3 armor plates in PvP
- ATVs now have 1 armor plate in PvP
- Cerberus turret damage has been signficantly increased
- Cerberus passenger rocket damage has been increased slightly
- Cerberus shield capacity has been increased


VENDOR CHANGES

All of the vendors in Defiance have been updated and altered. New weapons have been added, as well as a few new synergies, as well as the ability to purchase Jackpots from the vendors!

* All vendors have had their weapons changed and updated
* Epic Mod Hoard has been replaced by the new Elite Mod Hoard crate
* Jackpot weapons have been added to the Von Bach, Soleptor, Top Notch, Thorn Liro, and 7th Legion supply crates

* Scoped semi-automatic assault rifle with high crit multiplier, smaller magazine, and lower rate of fire
* Improved damage falloff
* Drops from Von Bach and Echelon Supply Crates

Improved Weapon: Battle Rifle
* Base Crit Mult increased to 1.8 (from 1.5)
* Base Aim Accuracy improved
* Improved damage falloff
* Drops from Top Notch and Echelon Supply Crate


New Vendor Synergies

3 new synergies have been added to certain vendors:

Echelon synergy:

[2] +5% Resistance to all nano types
[3] +4% Max Health and Shield Capacity
[4] +8% Damage

Thorn Liro synergy:

[1] 1% ammo regen/10 sec.
[2] 2% ammo regen/10 sec.
[3] 10% movement speed increase for 5s on a kill. Cooldown: 10s
[4] 20% movement speed increase for 5s on a critical kill. Cooldown: 10s


Vendor Contract Changes
* New contracts have been added for Echelon.


New Reputation Levels:
* The maximum current reputation amount has been increased to 1500 reputation
- New reputation levels have been added, each adding 100 current reputation to your cap:
- Distinguished (Rank 5) - 2100 lifetime reputation
- Renowned (Rank 6) - 3300 lifetime reputation
- Esteemed (Rank 7) - 4600 lifetime reputation
- Honored (Rank 8) - 6000 lifetime reputation
- Players who have already earned the above lifetime reputations will automatically be set to these ranks
- Added new pursuits for each vendor to track progress with the new levels listed above


DECOY EGO ABILITY CHANGES
The Decoy EGO power has been adjusted:
* Decoy behavior has been modified, it will now chase enemies and fire at them
* Decoy will now deal damage and apply a flashbang like effect to nearby enemies when it dies or expires
* Decoy can now be toggled off to begin cooldown timer
* Decoy will now have armor plates based on the rank unlocked

BUG FIXES
* Fixed a bug in PvP that would cause a Bio effect to persist through death
* Fixed a bug causing mods to have backpack synergies on them
* Gulanite Crystals in Expeditions now have collision for Detonator projectiles to attach to
* Instances � updating some collision to prevent exploits that bypass certain areas - Island of Lost Soldiers, Explosions 101, Hidden in Plain Sight (mission)
* Fixed some incorrect weapon icons, weapon icons in your loadout should now match the profile of your weapon
- Added missing weapon icons, most notably 7th legion swords, Gunslinger pistol, Christmas candy cane, and the Omec stun rod
