Runners

Runners is a skill that can be increased in level through use.

As you increase your level with the skill, you receive bonuses when using weapons or vehicles of that item type.

17	XP Mult: 5.0
18	Speed: +4.0%
19	Boost Speed: +4.0%
20	Boost Amount: +0.2

Level 20 bonus is +0.2 boost amount.

I deduced level 4 and 5 based on my bonuses at level 5, and the pattern of the already listed bonuses (11, 12, 13). Worse case we may need to swap these two.

Our "Next Level" shows runners lvl 13 will be DMG +6.0. We are currently at LVL 12. At the moment we have Speed +12.0%, Boost Amount +0.4, Boost Refill +0.1, Boost Speed +4.0%, DMG +6.0%, Hit Points +8.0% XP Multi +5.0

Level 19 bonus is +4% boost speed
