Possibly. Perhaps a shrill. However since I make use of the 7th legion unity, and that new blade is a non-syn chargeblade, I won't be using it.

I am still waiting for this though.

Seeing as there are only two perks on those synergies, like the 7th legion unity synergy, it is not a bug.
