Correct, the "theme" of the Blackened Hellfire weapons and their named variants is "set em on fire and drain the life outta em". They all come with an incendiary nano and The Purge synergy.

Lifesteal on the Purge has not been lowered or altered in any way. It is still 10% lifesteal.
