Thanks for the hint, I went to Verdant Ridge to confirm it, and I completed the entire contract there in a single event. If you don't repair the disabled generators when you have to defend them, enemies continue to spawn.

You can also do it on Verdant Ridge during mission in which you have to disable sattelite dish... There WAS a place where riders spawn indefinetly, but now it is fixed. Though you can gater all the items from kills in two, or even one game (if you play it well...)

I Agree, Kenn Farm is the best place. 

The one on the map above doesn't hav more then a few Rioters

The best place I found to do this was Miwok Ranch - North East of Headlands Transit, got all my kills there during the pubic quest there.

Did this today,  Kenn Farm seems like a solid choice.   I did the "defend rancher" public quest of which i got 7-8 kills.   Once completed, I drove out and down the road for a few hundred metres,   turned around, went back and the quest had reset,  so I was able to complete it.    Took 20 mins tops!

I completed this contract at Kenn Farm and the Attack and Kenn Farm public quest.

At the final stage, a number of Raider Rioters appear.

I had to complete the event twice to gather enough kills.
