Commandeer Cronkite does have 2 bulwarks, but they don't count towards this contract. (makes sense, the actual bunker is in Sausalito)

And there's a third midway through the Dark Matter Base. So 5 total in the two instances. It's slower than the Dark Harvest, but if you're rampage-impaired, it's an option.

For everyone that sucks at Rampages, Nob Hill and the Dark Matter Base instances end with 2 Bulwarks each.

For those who get a big headache when this contract shows up. Just do the Dark Harvest Rampage and close to teh end they spawn like wildfire until the timer reaches 0. I kill about 10+ a run. Good luck

I think in order to be able to survive this in order to get to the Bulwarks,  its vital to have a good shield,  with a low refresh time of under 3 seconds,  with at least 40%/sec recharge rate.    Anything less and your shield will be down to much and you'll die.

Recommend watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nMVaBr4BYo , to get an idea of what cover you should be using.    I think she probably kills at least 10 bulwarks this way.

I recommend going to the overpass fast-travel point in San Fran and doing the "dark harvest" mission over and over again.    You have to kill your way through 2 waves of dark matter troops before in the last 20 seconds,  you face some bulwarks.   I've been able to kill about 3-4 each time,  and that takes about 2-3 minutes.  Hope that helps.
