Solstice Strike has come to Defiance 2050! It doesn’t matter if you’re naughty or nice, get ready to battle with the Volge and hunt down the Abominable Warmaster in special summoned Major Arkfalls in the seasonal Solstice Strike event. Prepare for new Arkfall rewards, Contracts/Pursuit, Prototypes and more!

Solstice Strike Begins

Solstice Strike Event runs from 12/17/2018 to 1/7/2019.
Fight Volge in holiday themed Major and Minor Arkfalls
Kill the Abominable Warmaster in Come All Ye Arkhunter Arkbreaks
Added Festive Arkchests to the end of Major Solstice Strike Arkfalls, and O Come all ye Arkhunter Arkbreaks
Added Festive Random Gear Chests to solstice strike arkfall and arkbreak completion

Collect two new Prototypes weapons from Solstice Strike Arkfalls and Arkbreaks :

Whiteout
Assault rifle that fires 3 round bursts. Landing all rounds in a burst launches an explosive snowball.

Hoarfrost
High Caliber pistol focused on precision targeting. Precision kills trigger Icy Blast damaging nearby enemies.

Added a brand new Pursuit: Kill ‘em with Kindness

Gear up for the season of explosive generosity. Collect gift-wrap to build the “Philanthropist” prototype weapon. Gift-wrap can be obtained from "The Gift of Giving" contracts, Solstice Strike Arkfalls, and Festive Ark Chests.
Get a chance at earning the Philanthropist Prototype
--> Fires proximity triggered explosive gift boxes.

Added new Grenade type: Snowblast Grenades

Time to blow up the competition, with some holiday cheer.
