• They come in all rarities
• They can only be obtained in Expeditions
• They have up to 4 abilities that are getting unlocked with charge
  • Each slotted chip adds to the overall charge

For the last couple of days, we have been working on a Database for the Abilities that can be on Cyber Rigs. We're still tweaking it but wanted to let you dig through possible abilities already.
