Welcome, ark hunters! You’ve asked, we’re answering. We’re back with another action packed Defiance Developer Q&A! 

1. Upcoming Shrill Expeditions?
   

   We have no plans for a Shrill Expedition at this time, currently we are working on a storyline mission for the Shrill. After that we may revisit the possibility of a Shrill Expedition.

2. Will EXL drop legendary considering the release of supremes?
   

   We are still looking at the Halloween Hulker Hell event, more news on Extra Life will come up as we near the event.

3. When will we start seeing the results of the bug bash?
   

   We are currently sorting through the reports and organizing the reports with the most information. We hope to get a release date set for after October.

4. Cymatic synergies AOE effect insta kills everyone, will this be adjusted?
   

   
   We have thoroughly tested this, both internally and externally, and can say with certainty that this is not a balance issue, it is a bug. While fixing this bug will indeed lower the power level of the shield break effect, it is something that is more wide spread than JUST Cymatic Empowerment. In particular, Special Delivery also suffers from this same bug.We have read all of your feedback, and we feel that Cymatic Empowerment is in a good place damage wise. Unfortunately, there is a bug with how that damage is being projected, which needs to be fixed. When we fix this issue, many of you will notice a difference in the damage output of the [3] set ability, and some of you may not. 

5. When are we going to see a fix for the rewards from SV Conflicts? The difficulty is fine; but we're getting gypped on the Arkforge reward.
   

   The change for increased rewards and a reduction in difficulty is currently on PTS. Hop on and give it a shot!

6. Last Q&A I believe you missed the question about clan TPing. The current method only allows you to go to the top 10 or 15 alphabetically. We were asking for the text shortcut to go to anybody whose name starts with anything after say... T. 
   

   We are currently testing a new feature for the ability to page up and down the clan list in the Clan Social Menu. If the feature is successful there we will migrate it to other parts of the UI including the Quick Menu.

7. I wanted to dust off this old question and ask if we will ever see another playable race.
   

   At this time, we will not be adding another playable race.

8. Will we have new weapons? By this, I mean entirely new weapons not just variants. There are even unused models which could be used.
   

   We just started to discuss with the artists about possible new models and textures, if it does happen it will still be a while before we will see them. For the time being we should be releasing weapons with the less frequently seen textures.

9. Halloween is just around the corner meaning the Hulker Hell event is close by. If the the same 6 named purge guns will be dropping from arkfall is there any chance they can drop Supreme instead of Legendary?
   

   We are still working out the loot drops from the updated event, as far as the rarity type of the weapons, at this point we are still planning to keep Supreme drops to Expeditions.

10. Can the new Min Dmg roll replace the white Velocity roll on named dets? The new roll helps the det and doesn't hurt it for anyone unlike velocity which some people can't stand.
    

    We’re not planning to change the rolls on existing weapons. If you prefer the min damage roll over the velocity roll, you can use the reroll feature to receive it on your weapon.

11. When will we see more playable content in the open world that is not tied to expeditions or hunter reqs? More pursuits!
    

    We will be adding a few more things to add some exploration elements into the game, there are a lot of unused spaces in Paradise, and of course as we add new content we will add more pursuits. We are saving some of the shrill pursuits for when we have more content to flush out a more worthwhile pursuit (we had problems releasing pursuits related to each other in stages in the past).

12. Can something be done to reduce the odds of calling down a Gulanee Arkbreak when you drop a spike? I get one at least 75% of the time and they're really annoying to do alone. Not hard, just annoying.
    

    We’ll take a look at the rate, I believe it is much higher chance for that specific Arkbreak in Silicon Valley, we can double check the other parts of the world.

13. Will Solstice Strike arkfalls be fixed to the point where EGO isn't droning on about "Dark Matter inbound", instead of correctly saying "Volge inbound"?
    

    Just fixed this yesterday – will be fixed for when Solstice comes around again because the Armistice event is ending this weekend.
