ive added in the missing values based on the pattern of bonuses and the level 20 stats overall assuming they are uniform in how they are allocated (so the bonus ammounts are correct yet the levels they are aquired still need confirmation)

  • 18, -1% Reload
  • 19, +2% Falloff DMG
  • 20, +5% DMG
