Some perks increase loot drops, as does the scavenger synergy (NOT perk). Are you using any of those?

One more update today

• Fix for the 3rd and 4th bonuses of the Scavenger synergy, which did not previously determine “out of combat” correctly.

Fuzzy: Permanent Synergy Activation

What exactly do you mean with "permanent activated"?
Once you put e.g. Scavenger mods into a Scavenger weapon, the synergy is activated permanently.
Same with every other mod-synergy out there....

Spinal Tap though doesn't increase ammo drops but ammo you pick up from ammo drops, so basically the Scavenger perk as part of a synergy.
