It's pretty easy to lose in the chaos of combat, but you'll get the Saturnalia text pop-up when it fires off.Rashere

These are multiplicative increases, not additive. For example, a 15% chance becomes 18%, not 35%.5% wouldn't even be noticeable.

Focus effects, like synergies, apply at the time the weapon is fired. They aren't represented in the base weapon stats. You can see the difference if you shoot the same enemy before/after modding the...Rashere: saturnalia synergy...are bonuses applying properly?

It's a type of effect that is applied to the character and basically sits there watching for a particular event and condition to be met before applying some benefit (or penalty) to that event....
