Locks on to targets and fires homing, sticky projectiles. Reload to detonate. Charge to increase the damage of the first projectile. Uses Guided Rocket Launcher Mods.
Attaching mods to your weapon will adjust the appearance of those areas.

Actually there are two vendors specifically selling all Defiant Few items. One is in San Francisco at Coit Tower, The other is in Silicon Valley at Water Temple.
