I'm not going to deny that I used a screenshot for the outline.  That being said, I think you over-simplified the amount of work that I actually put in to finish this piece.  The one that is up now is a second draft of the original that I was not happy with.  Just doing the outline took several hours of work, and that's not including individually coloring the components and redoing the shading.  Granted, I'm not a master by any means at such things, but I feel I need to make it clear that it was not just a trace and paint bucket tool quick job.  You may check out my other piece which you will have no such issue with, where I spent a bit more time on texturing and coloring.  Yes, I did use Photoshop's tools to get some of the effects, but as far as I know, that's not against the rules.  Feel free to critique.

my degree in animation and I know the time consuming process. I have no issue with your work but I wanted to clarify that it was a screenshot that you used and I'm proud that you said what you did. It's a lot of work. I chose not to use the computer myself as I feel I have an unfair advantage in that area as of my modeling skills from school. I love your skin you did. You are very talented in digital art I grant you that all day. Also it's not up to me but hell yes I would not hold it against you but I don't think it's proper, in my worthless opinion lol, to not say that you used a screenshot in the description. That is also why I went with pencil pen ink prismacolor pencils. Art is truly all in the beholder of the person not for me to judge. I love what you did and respect it as I know the process is tedious. It looks great. Not an easy task at all. Cheers. I'm happy to show my work along side yours as it is a great piece. I hope you liked my day late dollar short that I posted and yes its unfinished. Lol kinda my thing as of late. I did not mean in anyway shape or form to offend you. I love the skin you colored and fully appreciate the tedious work and the effort you took to do such s great job. If I was Trion I would hire you in a heart beat to create skins. Cheers. Not at all.  I take every bit of criticism as a way to improve.  I did some drawing and modelling when I went to school for video game design, but I was in the programming side, so I didn't really focus on drawing.  I don't have the talent to draw with paper and pencil, or maybe just not the confidence to do it yet.  That being said, I might try it one day.  I do absolutely like your drawings, even if I haven't commented on them yet.  You've got skills, and I hope you're one of the winners of the contest, you deserve it.

Thanks for the praise.  And while I did put time into it, I feel I can do better, so I will likely be posting a revised version of it in a day or two after I finish it.
