Stage 1 and 2

In stages 1 and 2, you can face, dependant on the enemy faction, different emergencies with different tasks.

Advanced Mutation	Defeat the Hellbugs
Hive Expansion	Defeat the Hellbugs
Nascent Hatchery	Destroy the chrysalises
Diabolic Hatchery	Destroy the chrysalises

 

Mutant Expedition

Emergency	Task
Repair Squad	Defeat the Mutants

 

Raider Expedition

Emergency	Task
Drug Stash	Defeat the Raiders
Blitzed Raiders	Defeat the Raiders
Fresh Meat	Free the Captives
Drug Den	Defeat the Raiders
Blaster Patrol	Defeat the Raiders
Raider Choke Point	Disable the turrets
Raider Bottleneck	Disable the turrets

Stage 3

Stage 3 is always the endboss. You will face one of those dependant on the enemy faction you have been fighting in Stage 1 and 2.

Stage 1&2

Stages 1 and 2 can happen on these maps:

Stage 3

The endboss fight can happen in either the red or the yellow part on the map.
