Armistice 2020 Event Notes

When the Votans, a collective of seven alien races, sought refuge and a new home, humans denied their request and turned their backs. Thus began the cataclysmic Pale Wars. For nine long insufferable years, chaos, fear, riots, and fighting ruled the planet until an Armistice was declared.

This year, the Armistice celebration will last for four weeks beginning 3/30/2020 until 4/27/2020. It comes bearing holiday events taken from years past and happening in-game all for your participation and enjoyment!


March 30, 9 AM PDT – April 13, 9 AM PDT

You, the community, voted for the following special Arkfall and Arkbreak events that will take place during the first two weeks of celebrations across the Bay Area Frontier.

Hot Crazy Summer

Paradise heats up as enemies wielding incendiary weapons threaten to leave destruction and mayhem in their wake.

Nuclear Winter

This radiation-themed event is aglow with the spirit of the New Year. Takedown the irradiated ruffians at any Arkfall to collect the loot.

The following crates will be available in the game store during the Hot Crazy Summer and Nuclear Winter events.

Hot Streak Supply Crate

• A chance at getting your hands on one of the Hot Streak jackpot weapons!
• Limited time box contains 1 epic or better Hot Streak weapon and 3 Mods from rare to legendary (at least 1 epic or better), all with the limited Hot Streak mod synergy!
• It contains the HOT manufactured weapons, which grants an additional 10% Nano Proc Chance and 10% health damage!
  

Isotropic Decay Supply Crate

• A chance at getting your hands on one of the Isotropic Decay jackpot weapons!
• Limited time box contains 1 epic or better Isotropic Decay weapon and 3 mods from rare to legendary (at least 1 epic or better), all with the limited Isotropic Decay mod synergy!
• U-238 manufactured weapons have 10% Armor Penetration and 10% increased nano proc chance!

The following special Arkfall events will run for the third and fourth weeks of celebration across the Bay Area Frontier:

Death and Taxes (Event Horizon)

Syphon has arrived and his enemies are invading Paradise in a holiday Arkfalls. Also known as Event Horizon.

Outbreak

This biologically-themed event pits Ark Hunters against a flurry of fever infested foes in an epic fight for survival.

The following crates will be available in the game store during the Hot Crazy Summer and Nuclear Winter events.

Quasar Wave Supply Crate

• A chance at snagging one of the 9 Quasar Wave jackpot weapons!
• Limited time box contains 1 epic or better Quasar weapon and 3 mods from rare to legendary (at least 1 epic or better), all with the limited Quasar Wave mod synergy!
• Included weapon types: Blast Rifle, Mass Blaster, Tachmag Pulser, Slagger, HP-A Wolfhound, LM-43 Thunder, and Auto Sniper Rifle.
• All Quasar weapons provide 10% shield damage and 10% armor plate damage!

Cleansing Napalm Supply Crate

• This crate contains the CDC manufactured weapons.
• A chance at snagging one of the Cleansing Napalm jackpot weapons!
• Limited time box contains 1 epic or better Napalm weapon and 3 mods from rare to legendary (at least 1 epic or better), all with the limited Cleansing Napalm mod synergy!
  
• Included weapon types: Assault Carbine, Northstar Striker (flare pistol), Big Boomer, Mass Cannon, Nomad, Purgatory, Afflictor.
• All CDC weapon grants an additional 10% Nano Proc Chance and 10% Armor Durability Damage.

Note: During the Armistice event, Jackpots can only drop from the Lockboxes.
