Cellular Armor

You take less damage.

Deadly Cascade

You deal bonus damage for every additional enemy caught in an explosion

Detachment

On a kill, you gain ablative armor for 3 seconds (Cooldown: 15 Seconds)

Failsafe

You take less damage if hit while your shield is recharging.

Gunslinger

You deal more critical damage when firing from the hip.

Intimidation

You deal more damage to enemies that are flinching, knocked back, or knocked down from other attacks

Thick Skinned

You gain 4 plates of ablative armor when your shield breaks. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Radiation Burns

Increases damage from your radiation attacks

Gamma Rays

Increases armor penetration from your radiation attacks

FungusMental PC-EU

A few notes:

- Like my grinder build, this uses a Charger type Rebel shield (reduced damage while recharging); easily replaced with a Respark

- The FRC Scattergun used has two reload rolls and the mastery is a clip bonus, plus a reload mag mod, giving it a reload speed of 0.4sec and a magsize of 14; regular FRC Scatterguns are generally too slow for my use otherwise

- The Heal Stim is often replaced by Armor Repair Stim
