New Grid Emergencies

New emergencies spotted featuring an enemy from The Grid.
Grid based emergencies have started spawning across the game. These feature a new enemy called a Revenant. They can convert other npcs around them as well as perform some other attacks.
Emergencies Spotted:
- Raider Conversion
- Cyborg Conversion
Revenant Abilities:
- Convert
- Tendrils attack you from the ground and knock you back
- They glow red like overcharge - not sure what yet
