The Alpha test server is now available to the public but without any DLC 2 paid features, you can only test the patch at the moment. We have collected screenshots of the changes we have noticed so far.

Text descriptions are a work in progress, please check the images in the section below.

Store UI

The store has been given a makeover, with the first item being the store front, the second tab being for claims and the third for entering a code. There are new sections for featured store items and best sellers.

Inventory Favorites

In the inventory screen you are able to mark a favorite item by clicking on the star to the rgiht of the item. You also gain the option to Mass Breakdown all items that are not equipped or marked as favorites.

Loadout Screen

The loadout screen has been re-arranged with new entries for Spikes and Stims. Loadout and perk slots that are not yet available show when they will become available.

This section still misses meaningful tooltips for perks, the name isn't enough.

Appearance Screen

To change your title or appearance you select the option from the loadout screen and are presented with a new screen. A long list with categories for Title, Outfit and Headgear are displayed.

Quick Menu

The Quick Menu has blown up and now takes over more of your screen, the buttons are larger. We are still faced with long trees of menu items instead of an intelligent dynamic list however.

Co-op Maps

Previous instanced story missions and episode missions are now available from the co-operative matchmaking menu.

New Setting

Proxy memory is the new setting for PC users to allow them to use more memory in rendering player characters, thus lowering the amount of the Steves we see at arkfalls. No demonstration for this yet, as we don't have the number on the alpha server.

Mission Window

The new mission window has been given a new clean and modern look, I much prefer it.

Store Window

The store window has been given an update for the background and the buttons, but still lacks selectable categories like in the Bit Store which makes navigating the Mods Vendors still troublesome.

Challenge Window

The challenge window is based on the mission window and looks good.
