Salvage Matrix Temporarily Disabled (Enabled Again)
Due to a bug, Trion temporarily disabled the Salvage Matrix.
This removes the ability to upgrade rarity/rating, mass breakdown, breakdown of individual weapons etc.
They are actively working on a fix for it.
