New Jackpot weapon in Cymatic Empowerment Crate, bug fixes to weapons.

BIT STORE AND SERVICES

• The Gamma Bolter has replaced Supernova as the Jackpot item in the Gamma Bolter: Cymatic Empowerment Crate!

WEAPONS

• Fixed an issue causing some weapons to upgrade to supreme with no legendary bonus on rare occasion.
• DC-7 Swimming Swan Mk I is no longer called a Swimming Swam.
• Launchers and detonators can now receive a +0.20 Full Damage Radius bonus in the common rarity bonus slot. 
  • This fixes a problem where upgrading some of these weapons to supreme will cause them to no longer have a common rarity bonus.
• Updated the description for Canker-style infectors.
• Removed Launch Scope mods from Heartbreaker drops.
• Added new rarity bonus types to some weapons to ensure there are enough options in all rarity tiers to properly support upgrading to supreme. 
  • Pistols and Shotguns can now receive Falloff Damage. 
  • Detonators and Launchers can now receive +Min Damage. 
  • Sawed Shotguns can now receive Accuracy in the legendary slot.
