I've just logged in to game and found out that the complete the "Svushinnira: Thinning the Herd" contract for Paradise goal was removed from the ep.3 pusuits.

Trion Support says:

The contract 'Svushinnira: Thinning the Herd' in Paradise Territory will not be available until the  Most Wanted Contest has been completed.

This means that the 'Episode: Svushinnira' pursuit 'Unconventional Methods' can not be completed until the week after the Most Wanted contest has concluded.

The Most Wanted contract in Paradise Territory will continue to remain active until that time.

The first task cannot be completed at the moment, although it says it should be a contract for Paradise, there is a pursuit of the same name. However completing that pursuit does not reward credit at this time, we will need clarification and probably a fix from Trion.
