No, it's not a bug. The new, updated tables aren't on PTS yet. That's why Sawed-Offs still roll recoil and that's why recoil still is a flat value instead of a percentage.

What I've noticed:
My inventory was full when I finished a CC Minor. The Mod I got went into claims but it didn't appear on the leaderboard. Looked as if I didn't get a reward for them at all.

You could be right. Range may affect the "first hop" to the initial target, but I know it doesn't affect the subsequent targets. That's what Link Range does.

No, BMGs don't use the range stat as everything they do is based off the links. You can extend the range of the links, but its not the same bonus (and doesn't work on any other weapon).

The named ones are fixed stats, including the nano. The non-named guns randomize the nano along with the rarity bonuses.

Every base gun has a named variant. They're already on PTS.
