Works for me. Open it to console, and if the consoles are short winners, then the remaining prizes are issued as runner ups on whatever system does have enough contestants for them. :)

Code is the same for all servers. You're just seeing the results of randomness. Kill everything that pops and it'll force more to spawn quicker.
