The Tranquil Surface, Part 3 is a Side Mission mission found in Mount Tam.

Holy. Shtako. The lab computer's data revealed the Tranquility community was a cover for the EMC! None of the data gets into specifics, but from what I can piece together, this shtako was bleak, man. We need to get this to Weston. I've got some talents with radios, so if you can alter the frequency of the antenna in the area I can start a direct uplink with him. Do not let Uncle E-Rep know about this!

Assist Cass in sending intel to Weston Marx (Alter antenna frequency)
