Bit Store coming to PTS

Mostly Ragnork has been working on making the Defiance Store available on the PTS. This will help them find and prevent bugs with bit store items before they hit live servers.

Some specifics:

• Almost all products will be available
•  $100 of Bits (~10k) will be added to the monthly stipend on PTS - In addition to the current grant
• They will do an initial grant of $100 of Bits to everyone on PTS when they enable this feature so we can try it out right away.
• We are not able to purchase bits on PTS. The only way to acquire them is via the grant/stipend code.
• Bits and purchases are specific to PTS. They do not transfer to the live servers.
• They hope to go live with this soon - likely in January.
